Guys French Jet “Jet” is
an awesome prospect. By Frenchmans Guy, a consistent
2001-2006 top 7 barrel futurity sire ( 2001 #1 ); 2005
#2 Barrel Horse sire all ages/all divisions. Frenchmans
Guy is sired by Sun Frost whose produce have earned $1.8
Million dollars and include Bozo the 4X World Champion
Barrel Horse and AQHA/PRCA Horse of the Year. Sun Frost
also produced the Dakota Classic Cutting Futurity
Champion.
Frenchmans Lady, dam to Frenchmans Guy, has quite a
record herself. She has produced barrel racing, cutting,
race and working cowhorse champions and performers. Her
dam, Casey’s Ladylove, produced AAA, AA, NFR Qualifier,
Multi Producer of Race, and Barrel Racing Performance
Champions.
Foals by Jets dam Miss Landing Rocket have consistently
topped the weanling sale at the Myers Performance Horse
Sale in South Dakota. Miss Landing Rocket Traces back to
the immortal Easy Jet, and multiple other race winners.
Jet, at 26 months, is a 15 hand, #1,050 buckskin colt
with excellent confirmation, good minded, easy gong
temperament. I feel the sky is the limit for Jet and
will attempt to guide him that way. Jet will be started
on the barrels, however I do not think he will be a one
dimensional horse. Frenchmans Guy has sent horses to the
NFR, and we are looking to produce versatile athletic
horses that are competitive at all levels and look good
doing it.
